​ “Divino Redentor” Church is a Spanish Speaking Church, in the village of San Narciso, southwest in the Corozal District. San Narciso Village has an approximate population of 3000 people and is closely surrounded and connected to neighboring villages of Louisville, San Roman and Santa Clara.Church planting officially started in the early 70’s by the Presbyterian Church from Patchakan, another Spanish Speaking Church in Corozal District. The first church building was built in the mid-80s by Rev Thomas Lacey with the help of Mission teams. The construction of a pastoral house followed in that same time. Since then the church has been under the leadership of Rev Rafael Ku, followed by MTW Missionary William (Bill) Day, and presently under the care of Rev Alvaro Pott. The church has seen a growth in membership, and other ministries and the need to minister to the various spiritual needs of our membership.Our Mission church in San Victor, which we were passed on by Presbytery has had its challenges. Weekly activities were held before the pandemic. During the pandemic the families joined us via zoom and drive to San Narciso for our in-person activities. Presently we have a consistent average weekly attendance of 22 adults, 10 youths and 12 children. We continue praying and working towards our establishment of our church leadership. Please join us in prayer as we continue reaching out at the community in san Victor.We believe that the doctrinal instruction is very foundational and essential to the true knowledge of God which through the work of the Holy Spirit lead to a saving knowledge of Christ!  Our Sunday school is on site. Our Sunday school classes meet at their respective classrooms. Our worship services have been via zoom since the pandemic.  We thank God that since 5 December 2021, we started to meet at the temple. It’s a joyous time to be able to worship together with our families at the church building!We strongly believe that systematic and expository preaching of the Word is a huge blessing to the spiritual nourishment and growth of our church.  Since March 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic shook the world, and also our country, we at El Divino Redentor Church, saw the importance of prayer and of gathering for prayer. Hence since March 2020 up to now December 2021 we faithfully meet for prayer service via zoom
